Mill Creek Police Officer Sean Conner was promoted to Sergeant at the Mill Creek City Council meeting on April 23, 2013. He will be a 22-year veteran of the Mill Creek Police Department in May and has served in many capacities in his service for the City.
Mill Creek Police Chief Bob Crannell made the following presentation before administering Sergeant Conner’s oath of office:

It is my honor and pleasure to introduce Mill Creek Police Department’s newest Sergeant Sean Conner.
Sergeant Conner is a twenty-one year veteran of the Mill Creek Police Department.
Sean was born in Seattle and grew-up in Lynnwood where he attended Meadowdale High School and Edmonds Community College before attending to the University of Washington and joining the Navy ROTC.
