One woman was killed and a 17-year-old male was injured following a shooting that occurred at the Village Green Mobile Home Park on Gibson Road in south Everett early on Thursday morning, December 7, 2017.
Two calls were made to 911 at around 4:45 am, one reporting a burglary in progress and another reporting shots fired. When patrol deputies arrived, they found two victims with gunshot wounds.
The 54-year-old female died at the scene and the male was transported to Providence Regional Medical Center.
Witnesses reported that there were several suspects involved, possibly up to four. Patrol and police units from several other agencies conducted an extensive search of the area. There are currently no suspects in custody.
Detectives from the Major Crimes Unit are investigating. No further details are expected at this time.
Identification of the deceased, as well as cause and manner of death, will be confirmed by the Snohomish County Medical Examiner.

Major Crimes detectives have detained and are questioning a juvenile male in relation to the homicide that occurred this morning.

One juvenile suspect is in custody and Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office detectives seek help to identify three additional persons of interest related to the Thursday, December 7th, murder on Gibson Road south of Everett.

Major Crimes detectives have probable cause for the felony arrest of 16-year-old Larry Dontese Dorrough for the 1st degree murder of a 54-year-old woman on Gibson Road south of Everett on Thursday morning, December 7th.
