DUI Patrols in Snohomish County Super Bowl Sunday

From a Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office News Release.

The Snohomish County DUI and Target Zero Task Force will be conducting DUI emphasis patrols Sunday, February 5th, 2017, from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am.

Representatives from Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office, Everett Police Department, Bothell Police Department, and the Lake Stevens Police Department will be doing high visibility patrols throughout the county.

The patrols coincide with the Super Bowl.

Updates on the emphasis will be provided via the Snohomish County DUI & Target Zero Task Force Twitter account: @SnoCoTargetZero.

Patrols will be looking for drivers impaired by alcohol, legal marijuana, or other drugs.

Target Zero is the Washington State Traffic Safety Commission’s plan for zero traffic related deaths and serious injuries by 2030.
