The Mill Creek City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2019, in accordance with RCW 36.70B.200.
The meeting will take place in Mill Creek City Hall South, Council Chambers, 15728 Main St. in Mill Creek, WA.
Development in the EGUV zone district requires a detailed master plan that shall include:
1. A Binding Site Plan;
2. An evaluation of consistency with the adopted EGUV Design Guidelines; and
3. A Development Agreement in accordance with RCW 36.70B.170.
The City Council will be considering the Development Agreement for The Farm at Mill Creek Binding Site Plan (City File PL2018-0004) submitted by Eastgate at Vintage, LP.
The project site is located at 4008 132nd Street SE, Mill Creek, WA.
