Forever Home Dog of the Week - Audrey

Meet our dog of the week Audrey, a playful and loving one-year-old American Staffordshire mix! Audrey is the best of both worlds; she is an athletic jock and a total brainiac! She is content to spend her days running around and having adventures, but she also needs to have activities to work her brain.

With input from our friends at Seattle Humane we are featuring dog that needs a loving home.

Please be aware that our pets of the week may be adopted at any time and we are not informed when this happens

Meet Audrey, a playful and loving one-year-old American Staffordshire mix! Audrey is the best of both worlds; she is an athletic jock and a total brainiac! She is content to spend her days running around and having adventures, but she also needs to have activities to work her brain.

When Audrey is not being active, she is a literal velcro dog. She desires all of your love and attention, and will do anything to get it!

Audrey is a brave girl who loves trying new things, she just needs your moral support! Her favorite motivator is her toys! Give her a good squeaker over a treat and she will do whatever you ask.

Since Audrey is so smart and has plenty of energy to burn, she needs a home that will spend time working with her and teaching her new tricks.

Audrey really enjoys learning agility tricks, so her new family could meet her needs with that. She loves to play with other dogs but would like a polite introduction first. Come meet this perfect girl today at Seattle Humane in Bellevue!

Audrey has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and behavior tested. She will go home with a certificate for a complimentary veterinary examination and an identification tag. Most dog adoptions include 30 days of pet insurance from Trupanion and six weeks of training in one of our on-campus dog behavior courses, a great way to learn and bond together and maybe meet a few hiking partners!

Introduce to teenagers. Resident dogs are required to visit Audrey prior to adoption. No history with cats. Please speak with advisors if you are interested in fostering to adopt!

Next adoption promotion:

2019 Bluegrass Festival

It’s time for the Wintergrass festival in Bellevue and the joyful harmonies of the banjo, fiddle, guitar and bass! But what’s another way to find harmony closer to home? Pets bring comradery and a loving spirit into our everyday lives, just like the greatest bluegrass bands! One pet is great, but two is even better so your fur children always have someone to jam with!

This weekend, February 22nd to 24th, 2019, take advantage of two for one cat and critter adoption fees and half off single dog adoptions at Seattle Humane in Bellevue. See adoptable band mates at seattlehumane.org.
