With input from our friends at FurKidz 911, each week we will be featuring a dog that needs a loving home.

Lil Miss is a 3 year old Terrier mix girl. She was transferred to Seattle with her two puppies from a high-kill shelter in California and just arrived in our rescue.

Lil Miss is housebroken and usually takes care of business twice a day. She will bark when someone knocks on the door or rings the doorbell but does not bite, nip, or bark for no reason. She is very shy and timid around people she is not familiar with.

Lil Miss is very social with both cats and dogs. She is content to sleep on her own bed and does not jump on anyone’s lap without being invited. She also seems to not be interested in entering bedrooms unless invited in.

Lil Miss' adoption fee is $220. She will be spayed as soon as she is medically able. Adoption fee includes full vaccinations including rabies, heartworm test negative, flea medicated, dewormed, and microchipped.

Lil Miss is available for a Meet & Greet after an approved and verified adoption application. This is the first step in our adoption process. This helps us to determine the right match for our rescue dogs and your lifestyle and home environment. Our Meet & Greet/Adoption Application is available at:

FurKidz 911 is a non-profit 501(c)3 animal rescue organization based in the greater Seattle area in Washington. We do not have a shelter facility. Our organization is foster-based and we have a team of fosters throughout Western Washington.

FurKidz 911 is dedicated to the rehabilitation of dogs so they may find their forever home. We have met the most wonderful animals coming through our organization - all they needed was a second chance. We are an all-volunteer group with regular full-time jobs. Our rescue work is done on our own time, mainly in the evenings. Email is the best form of communication and we ask for your patience due to our regular work priorities. Our email is info@furkidz911.org. Thank you.
