Forever home dog of the week - PCarroll

PCarroll does great with other dogs and would probably do fine with cats. Photo credit: FurKidz 911.

With input from our friends at FurKidz 911, each week we will be featuring a dog that needs a loving home.

PCarroll is a two year old female Dachshund mix. She is from a shelter in California and was just transferred into our rescue. PCarroll is a very sweet and loving little girl. She is content being next to you at all times. She will also follow you from room to room. She is fully potty trained and crate trained. She does have separation anxiety and will whine if you are not near her. She is very skinny and when fed she eats quite a bit. Hopefully she will put on a few more pounds soon.

PCarroll does great with other dogs and would probably do fine with cats. She does have a playful side but she is mainly just a sweet and laid-back companion. She does not like to spend too much time outside because she gets cold very easily.

PCarroll's adoption fee is $240. Adoption fee includes spay, full vaccinations including rabies, flea medicated, dewormed, heartworm tested (negative), microchip, health certificate and transport fee.

PCarroll is available for a Meet & Greet after an approved and verified adoption application. This is the first step in our adoption process. This helps us to determine the right match for our rescue dogs and your lifestyle and home environment. Our Meet & Greet/Adoption Application is available at:

FurKidz 911 is a non-profit 501(c)3 animal rescue organization based in the greater Seattle area in Washington. We do not have a shelter facility. Our organization is foster-based and we have a team of fosters throughout Western Washington.

FurKidz 911 is dedicated to the rehabilitation of dogs so they may find their forever home. We have met the most wonderful animals coming through our organization - all they needed was a second chance. We are an all-volunteer group with regular full-time jobs. Our rescue work is done on our own time, mainly in the evenings. Email is the best form of communication and we ask for your patience due to our regular work priorities. Our email is info@furkidz911.org. Thank you.
