High school boys basketball - Archbishop Murphy 85, South Whidbey 53

The Archbishop Murphy boys basketball team beat South Whidbey High School 85-53 in a Cascade Conference game at South Whidbey High School on Friday, January 4, 2013.

"Thirteen Wildcats saw time on the court and 12 of them scored in a Cascade Conference win for Archbishop Murphy," reports the Everett Herald. "The Wildcats did a lot of damage from 3-point range, with seven players hitting a total of 13 3s. Conner Longoria led scoring for the game with 17 points and Nick French paced South Whidbey with 16."

The Archbishop Murphy boys basketball team is now 4-2 in 3A Cascade Conference play and 5-4 overall.

South Whidbey High School's boys basketball team is now 1-5 in Cascade Conference play 3-8 overall.
