High school girls basketball district tournament – Archbishop Murphy 47, Lynden 43

The Archbishop Murphy High School girls basketball team beat Lynden High School 47-43 in a 2A District 1/2 tournament game at Archbishop Murphy High School on Saturday, February 9, 2013.

The Everett Herald reports, “The Archbishop Murphy girls basketball team watched a 14-point halftime lead shrink to four but held on to beat Lynden 47-43 for a first-round victory in the 2A District 1/2 Tournament..”

Lynden High School’s girls basketball team plays Sultan High School in a 2A District 1/2 loser out game at Sultan High School on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 8:00 PM.
