How it works.
Each day you receive and email featuring one new green food. You will learn how each new veggie supports optimal health and explore them through delicious easy recipes. You receive a pre-challenge shopping list and a greens tracker work sheet where you can record how your digestion, energy and moods shift as you increase your intake of the green stuff. Simple. No worries if you cannot do it all during the 14 days. You will have the emails so you can explore them at any time. I just ask you eat at least 1 cup of greens per day to begin with and we will increase this amount over the course of the challenge.
Challenge runs September 16th through September 29th.
