The Mill Creek City Council plans to conduct a regular meeting at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, September 14th.
This public meeting will be made available for a limited few residents in person in city council chambers and via a virtual Zoom conference.
According to their Preliminary Agenda they want to discuss federal funds to be received from the American Rescue Plan, the schedule for revising this year's budget and next year's property taxes, and vaccine passports.
They also plan to hold a closed executive session to discuss potential litigation, the city manager's annual performance review, and negotiations on the performance of a publicly bid contract. If they decide to take action on any of these issues they will do so in open session after the closed executive session.
Regular meetings of the Mill Creek City Council are normally held on the first, second, and fourth Tuesdays of each month commencing at 6:00 pm.
Public participation and interest in these meetings is encouraged and very much appreciated.
The public may present comments to the city council in writing prior to the meeting or via the Zoom interface during the meeting.
Written comments will become part of the public record. They should reference the appropriate subject and can be sent to:
