Three suspects in custody after Lynnwood armed robbery

Three male suspects were taken into custody following an armed robbery that occurred in Lynnwood just after 12:00 noon on Monday, November 26, 2018.  Deputies responded to the 20000 block of 10th Avenue W. where a United States Postal Service mail carrier was robbed at gunpoint. The suspects fled the scene in a white passenger vehicle stolen out of Kent.

Three male suspects were taken into custody following an armed robbery that occurred in Lynnwood just after 12:00 noon on Monday, November 26, 2018.

Deputies responded to the 20000 block of 10th Avenue W. where a United States Postal Service mail carrier was robbed at gunpoint. The suspects fled the scene in a white passenger vehicle stolen out of Kent.

A deputy located the suspect vehicle in the Lake Forest Park area and initiated a short pursuit during which the suspects threw packages out of the vehicle’s window. The deputy lost track of the suspect vehicle and shortly after located it parked and unoccupied.

A K9 track located the three male suspects hiding behind a house in the 18500 block of 25th Ave NE in Shoreline.

All three suspects were taken into custody without further incident. 

This investigation is still ongoing.
