The restaurant will be the second Gyro Delight in the area for Rusty Pelican owners, Peter and Marilyn Limberopoulos, the first is located in Lynnwood.

Original August 20, 2016, Article:

The renovation and update of the façade at the Village by the Creek shopping center, that was started earlier in 2016, is now almost complete. A number of new Mill Creek businesses will soon open.

We can confirm that MultiCare Health System will open a new urgent care facility in the 5,000 square feet space formerly occupied by The Jet Bar and Grill.

According to their website, “MultiCare is a not-for-profit health care organization with more than 10,000 employees and a comprehensive network of services throughout Pierce, South King, Thurston, and Kitsap counties.”

This will be MultiCare’s first Snohomish County facility and should be open for patients no later than November of this year.

A new chiropractic clinic has already opened, but their signage is not yet installed.

Work is currently underway on a new Korean barbeque restaurant called Arirang BBQ House in the space previously occupied by the Liquor Store.

There is an all-you-can-eat Arirang Korean BBQ restaurant located in Lynnwood.

No word yet on when the restaurant will open.

According to the Village by the Creek leasing agent, another new restaurant is most likely moving into the space next to the new urgent care facility. We don’t have details yet, as the lease has not been finalized.

We’ll keep you updated as we find out more information.
