As Link light rail expands north toward Snohomish County, Community Transit and Sound Transit are exploring bus service changes to connect riders with fast, reliable service to the University of Washington, downtown Seattle and other regional destinations.
Detectives with the Snohomish Multiple Agency Response Team are investigating a deputy involved shooting of a 44-year-old man that occurred at approximately 8:00 pm on Saturday, November 9th, in unincorporated Snohomish County northwest of Mill Creek.

Everett Public Schools celebrates another year of achieving a record high graduation rate. The four-year, or “on-time” graduation rate, is 95.9 percent – the highest rate on record for the district. The five-year graduation rate is 96.5 percent, also the highest rate on record.
