The Everett Herald reports that the Jackson High School tennis team defeated Kamiak High School 7-0 in a 4A tennis match at Kamiak High School on Wednesday, September 12th.
This win extends the Timberwolves' three year team match winning streak.
The Everett Herald reported that Kamiak head coach Vic Alinen's game plan was to focus on winning the doubles matches.

"Singles--Ben Mietzner (J) def. Sung Yu 6-3, 6-3; Peter Cung (J) def. Dominic Lee 6-2, 6-3; James Okubo (J) def. Joseph Lee 7-5, 6-0; Everet Wang (J) def. Daniel Cho 6-2, 6-0."
"Doubles--Grant Follis-Luke George (J) def. Colin Kim-Jansen Garside 0-6, 6-3, 7-5; Nicholas Margarelli-Josh Yi (J) def. Garrett Peterson-Lan Kim 6-2, 6-3; Peter Liao-Bence Dare (J) def. Phillip Janecek-Oliver Collins 4-6, 6-4, 6-4."
